Piper's Petals Dahlia Tuber Return & Refund Policy

At Piper’s Petals, we take great care in providing high-quality dahlia tubers to our customers. We appreciate your support and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all Dahlia tubers sold are healthy and viable at the time of shipping. Each tuber is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, due to the nature of live plants, we cannot guarantee sprouting or growth after planting, as success depends on proper care and environmental conditions.

Returns & Refunds

  • Incorrect Items: If your tubers arrive and you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue (Please note that this is not 24 hours from when you open the package, it is 24 hours from when the shipping carrier reports the package was delivered, as noted by shipping tracking data). We will work with you to provide a replacement (if stock allows) or issue a refund.

  • If you receive a tuber that is in poor condition, you may request a refund within the first 24 hours of delivery. If we deem your item eligible for a refund, you will be sent a shipping label to send the item back to us. Once the item is received by us, you will be issued the refund to your original form of payment. *Please note that this is not 24 hours from when you open the package; it is 24 hours from when USPS reports the package was delivered, as noted by shipping tracking data. We highly recommend you open and inspect your order immediately. *

    24 hours after delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements for any purchases after 24 hours. This includes but is not limited to the following scenarios:

    • We do not refund/replace tubers or cuttings that shrivel, rot, or die before planting.
    • We do not refund/replace tubers or cuttings for any shipping issues.
    • We do not refund/replace tubers or cuttings that rot/die in the ground.
    • We do not refund/replace tubers or seeds that don't sprout.
    • We do not refund/replace tubers or cuttings that grow stunted.
    • We do not refund/replace tubers or cuttings that don't bloom.
    • We do not refund/replace tubers or cuttings that exhibit disease.

 

  • General Returns: Due to the perishable nature of tubers, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once placed. 

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled or changed.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or weather-related damage. Please check your local weather conditions before ordering. We ship all orders during late March and May to avoid shipping during freezing temperatures.
